Today students continue to solidify their understanding about recursive and explicit  equations, linear & geometric sequences, graphs, tables of values and other mathematical representations.  The most important task includes the completion of a self-assessment and additional notes to be placed in the Math Journal.
At this point students should understand:

The difference between recursive and explicit thinking.
How to write a recursive equation
How to write an explicit equation
How to create a table of values
How to tell the difference between a linear and exponential function.

Students are introduced to Kahoot.it a formative assessment tool for the teacher to assess the level of understanding about arithmetic and geometric sequences and functions.
