How to Use Pearson Curriculum
MVHS uses the Pearson online curriculum to help students earn credits for mathematics. The following recommendations come from discussions with students who have been successful using the program.
1. Read the course overview.
2. Use close reading strategies (read it at least two times and more if necessary.
3. Have paper and pencil out when reading the problems and write as you read the numbers to write an expression or equation.
